The hotel impressed me with its immaculate cleanliness and friendly staff. I loved the varied breakfast options and the convenient location near Termini. The room felt a bit small for my liking. A pleasant stay that honors Italian hospitality!

Great location because it is near the Termini Station, area looks questionable when you 1st see it - but we had no problems. Nice staff, nice rooms, but uncomfortable beds. Good breakfast buffet. Have to pay for internet.

Be sure to ask for extra pillows upon arrival. The staff are very accommodating and can assist with that easily.

Hotel located about 3 blocks from Termini station where the trains depart, there is a subway station right there. In the surroundings of the hotel there are many other hotels, there is a lot of street commerce and there are options to eat as well. It is relatively close to the coliseum, about 8 to 10 blocks away on foot and only 10 to 15 minutes away by public transportation. Good Wi Fi connection. The Breakfast Buffet was good, there's plenty of variety to choose from, sweet or savory. I don't know if it's like this all over Italy but the plugs were triple (type L I think) and they are not like the rest of Europe to be taken into account.
It doesn't look like a 4 star hotel at all, I would say that it's a 3 star hotel, although it's a clean hotel, I don't think it has all the comforts of a 4 star hotel. The room was clean, we asked for a 3 person room (1 double bed plus one single). The room seemed a bit small to me, especially the single bed for the third person, which was very small and even a bit uncomfortable. The bathroom is spacious and clean.

Quiet room, good breakfast
One or two extra pillows would have been nice. The pillows were a bit flat. Other than that, everything was very comfortable.

Everywhere was clean, room with central heating, a safe, and multi-channel television was really reasonably large. The continental breakfast was particularly good on the roof top. It had particularly good and perfect location very close to a public square.

We enjoyed our stay with a very beautiful and clean double room. The cozy rooftop area was a great spot to unwind. There were relaxation opportunities like the spa and a comfy lounge to lounge around. The only hiccup was that the air conditioning was a bit tricky to get right, but overall, it was a wonderful experience 😊

The staff were very welcoming and let us check in early after our flight; we were also given a lovely quiet room not overlooking the street which we appreciated. Excellent breakfast! Room was very large and the bathroom was very modern and palatial!

Conveniently located near Termini Station that allowed us to walk between the two. Areas around railway stations can normally be a little scary however, we found the area to be quite safe and near numerous trattoria's. P&C Melbourne, Aust.
Bathroom, and in particular the shower, was poorly lit, but not a serious issue.
